Renters enter rental agreements directly with Hosts.
2. Responsibilities
Renters must:
- use trailers lawfully
- hold appropriate licence (if required)
- return trailers in agreed condition
3. Booking Process
- Renters submit booking requests
- Payment is required only after acceptance
4. Payments
Payments are processed via Stripe.
TowHub:
- does not hold funds
- does not control payment timing beyond platform flow
5. Fees
Renters agree to pay:
- rental price
- TowHub service fee
6. Damage Responsibility
Renters are liable for:
- damage
- late returns
- misuse
7. Cancellations
Cancellation terms are set by Hosts.
8. Liability
TowHub is not responsible for:
- trailer condition
- accidents or injury
- disputes with Hosts
9. Prohibited Conduct
Renters must not:
- misuse trailers
- provide false information
- bypass platform to avoid fees
